For the past few years, we have had many ladies ask us how to become curvy like the women we’ve written about her and posted on our Instagram and Facebook “Find Her…” series since 2015. This is no easy task as there is no one clear cut way to answer that question. No two women are built quite the same, so the kinds of curvy shapes we post will range from petite curvy (aka slim thick or slim coke bottle) to hourglass (aka curvy thick), and all shapes in between. Before beginning any fitness regimen, be sure to consult with a healthcare provider or certified fitness trainer with a good track record with producing the results you want to achieve in the safest manner possible.
If you were born with curves, great. All you have to do is maintain them with a good balance of diet and exercise (or nothing, as a few CurveMonsters women have confessed). However, if you are pushing the boundaries of the CurveMonster look – too thin or packing too much heat – then there are tips. We recommend watching the video clip above to get an idea of what some of the most curvy and well known curvynistas are doing to stay in eye poppin curve shape.
For those with underwhelming shapes that want to gain curves, we’ve seen that some women balance packing on extra weight responsibly while sculpting their curve-supporting muscles. It can be done without surgery in many cases. If very thin frames run in your family, perhaps mild surgery might be an option.
For those with overwhelming shapes, you’ll want to consider a weight loss regimen that is responsible and does not border on any eating disorder. Ultimately, there are more important things in life than a perfectly curvy shape, so please don’t use this as a catalyst to endangering yourself. We love you just the way you are, so be sure to consult with a healthcare provider to come up with a total life plan that is best for you. We’ve seen that women with a little extra weight gradually change their eating habits and safely introduce a workout plan that starts with changing their behaviors and getting their mind in the mood for working out and eating less. Sedentary habits like watching excessive TV also goes out the door as gym time increasingly occupies your schedule. But ease into this.
In many cases, women use various body shaping products like waist trainers to whip the mid fat regions into coke bottle shape. Moderately building muscle mass to tame excess fat is a part of some routines. We are not experts, of course, but are passing along some ideas we’ve seen over the years.
